We hope you love your Elixir product, but if something didn’t work out, we’re here to help.

✦ Eligibility for Returns

• Returns are accepted within 14 days of the delivery date.

• Products must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.

• Due to the nature of skincare and hygiene, used items are not eligible for return.

• Bundles or promotional items must be returned in full.

✦ How to Start a Return

To begin your return, please email us at support@elixirskincareco.com with the following:

• Your full name

• Order number

• Reason for return

We’ll review your request and provide return instructions within 1–2 business days.

✦ Refunds

• Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.

• If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

• Shipping costs are non-refundable.

✦ Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your item arrived damaged or you received the wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the issue. We’ll make it right.
