Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Elixir Skincare Co. We aim to make your order process as smooth as possible. This Shipping Policy outlines how and when your products will ship, what to expect during transit, and what to do in the case of delays or issues.


SECTION 1 - ORDER PROCESSING

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive a second notification when your order has shipped.

Processing times may be slightly delayed during high-volume periods such as holidays, product launches, or promotional events. If there is a significant delay in processing your order, we will contact you via email.


SECTION 2 - SHIPPING RATES & DELIVERY TIMES

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. We currently ship only within the United States.

Standard Shipping (3–5 business days):
$4.99 flat rate or free on orders over $50.

Expedited Shipping (1–3 business days):
Available at an additional cost and calculated at checkout.

Please note: shipping timelines are estimated and do not include processing time.


SECTION 3 - ORDER TRACKING

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email that includes a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package via the carrier’s website.

If you do not receive a tracking email within 3 business days of placing your order, please contact us at support@elixirskincareco.com with your order number.


SECTION 4 - DELIVERY ISSUES

We are not responsible for delivery delays caused by the carrier, weather conditions, customs clearance, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Once your order has been marked as “Delivered” by the carrier, we are no longer responsible for lost or stolen packages. If you believe your order was delivered incorrectly, please contact the carrier directly first. If the issue cannot be resolved, contact us and we will do our best to assist.


SECTION 5 - ADDRESS ERRORS

Please make sure your shipping address is complete and correct at checkout. We are not responsible for packages delayed or lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

If you realize there was an error in your address, please email us as soon as possible. We may be able to update the address if your order hasn’t shipped yet, but once it has been processed by the carrier, we cannot make changes.


SECTION 6 - UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES

If a package is returned to us due to being undeliverable (wrong address, unclaimed, or refused), we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping fees may apply.

If we do not receive a response within 7 days of contact, the order may be canceled and refunded minus the original shipping cost.


SECTION 7 - INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

At this time, Elixir Skincare Co. does not offer international shipping. We hope to expand in the near future. If you're outside the U.S. and interested in ordering, feel free to contact us so we can notify you when international service becomes available.


SECTION 8 - DAMAGED OR LOST PACKAGES

If your order arrives visibly damaged or you believe it was lost in transit, please email us at support@elixirskincareco.com within 48 hours of delivery. Be sure to include your order number and a photo (if applicable). We’ll do our best to resolve the issue quickly.


SECTION 9 - SHIPPING CONFIRMATION

You will receive an automatic email when your order is shipped, including your tracking information. If you did not receive a confirmation within a few days, please check your spam folder or contact us.
